A number of our members of Les Lettres Européennes are regularly invited, ex officio, to present their works at different scientific events and to successively contribute to myriad national as well as European research projects based on European literature.

An academic work day had been organised in Lille3 University, under the initiative of the Professeur Maryla LAURENT, where Antonio Soler and Lucien Suel contributed, considering their experience in the translation domain. This day was organised as part of the Doctoral Seminar of European Stydies.

An academic work day had been organised in Lille3 University, under the initiative of the Professeur Maryla LAURENT, where Janine PONTY, a famous historian, the Polish historian Piotr CYWIŃSKI and the German linguist Alfred STRASSER participated. This day, entitled Fluctuant Memory, had been enlighted by the presence of the slovenian writer Boris PAHOR(97 years-old), who had escaped from concentration camps, the writer of Pilgrim among the shadows.
